- Price and booking information in detail
- The prices are in euros per apartment and day including all taxes, excluding local tax and final cleaning.
- The local tax is EUR 2.60 per person per day. Children up to 15 years are exempt.
- Final cleaning extra per apartment EUR 120.00 or EUR 150.00
- The apartment is only allowed for the number of people stated in the booking.
- The reservation is confirmed when 40% of the total amount has been paid as a deposit. We will inform you of our bank details in the reservation letter. The remaining amount is to be transferred 14 days before the start of the holiday.
- On the day of arrival, the apartment is available from 3 p.m. The keys are available for collection in the key safe for an unlimited period of time. On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.

Room cancellations are only valid in writing.
Up to 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, you will not incur any cancellation costs.
From 8 weeks to 2 weeks before the start of the holiday we charge 40%.
From 2 weeks to 1 week we charge 90%.
In the event of early departure, we charge 100% of the booked stay.
We recommend that you take out hotel cancellation insurance.
